Song of the Week: Alex Cameron, Angel Olsen – Stranger’s Kiss

Alex Cameron is someone I had never heard of before two weeks ago yet this song has been consistently in my rotation since I saw someone post it on their facebook feed.

There’s some serious ’70s era rock ballad throwback in this song. Angel Olsen is surprisingly not part of the Olsen family but a singer who last year put out a pretty good record. Together they form this duet which, I dunno, seems like an instant classic.

I imagine if you had white parents, they definitely would be sitting on top of their Ford Thunderbird on a cliff somewhere overlooking the city lights and pondering life. Then they would probably have made out and … well, weird imagery right.

Anyways, this track is great. Check it out.
