Pegase is a French band and this Out of Range song is off their debut album which is set to drop in 2014. This song has that sorta dream pop ambient vibe to it that gives you all sort of feelings. If you recognize the voice in the album, it is that of Raphael D’Hervez, who is also in the band Minitel Rose. You might remember them from the late 00’s when the French electro/Valerie scene exploded on your face. You might not.
