A self confessed indie snob, Panic Manual’s West Coast correspondent Vik rose from the roots of a small town in rural British Columbia to hop across the Pacific, the Yellow…then Indian to finally find himself in the motherland (India) for 2 years, manufacturing and peddling wares in garment form for export. This also allowed him to experience what his forefathers experienced, walk the Himalayas and even ruminate a marriage offer from a village chieftain. After politely declining, he ran away to Toronto where he submerged himself in the local indie music scene for 7 happy years. Vik has since moved to Vancouver, spending most his days wondering why it only snows in Burnaby and paying extravagant prices for concerts. What keeps Vik going is his wife and kid and his love for indie music, design, British comedy and video games.
Vik is Panic Manual’s designer
