While The Wedding Present haven’t put out a proper full length album since 2016’s Going Going …, they’ve certainly kept busy during the time since then with various projects, including re-recordings of entire classic albums of theirs and a collection of James Bond theme covers. And 2022 will be no different, with David Gedge and co. currently in the midst of their 24 Songs project, which sees the band releasing a 7″ single for each month of the year.
The Wedding Present’s latest release in this project, “Monochrome”, falls on the gentler side of their musical pallete and is a welcome addition to the band’s discography. Check it out below.
