
Toronto – I freakin love British Sea Power. I think their show at the Horseshoe in November of 2003 was easily the first Toronto show I went to that blew my mind and cemented the fact that I made the right decision of leaving the ice palace known as Edmonton. Their 2008 album Do You Like Rock Music was my favorite album of 2008. I’ve seen them every time they’ve been in town so yes you can imagine my excitement when it was announced they will be touring North America in late March in promotion of their new album Valhalla Dancehall, which I am currently listening to on a daily basis but haven’t digested it completely for a full review. Still, this will be a good show, all British Sea Power shows are and you should get your tickets. They might bring foliage, they might take a marching drum through the crowd, you never know.
