Toronto – Given my love for the Brazilian DJ acts The Twelves, it should be no surprise that their latest remix shows up on this blog. However, I don’t fully expect you to keep up with what I love, so maybe this is a surprise. Two Door Cinema Club is a Northern Irish band that is currently signed to the always great Kitsune label. The band has a gentle-ish electro pop sound that’s somewhat of a cross between Tokyo Police Club and Phoenix. Their album Tourist History was released to good critical acclaim in March and they are on tour! This song is also on the upcoming Kitsune 9 compilation, which is out on April 26th. Actually, the original was also on Kitsune Maison Compilation 7 as well.
