Toronto – According to Creative Review, next year, the Brits are celebrating classic album covers with stamps designed by Studio Dempsey. They will feature such classics as Pink Floyd, Blur and Primal Scream. Why wasn’t This is Hardcore on there? that’s a pretty good cover. Here’s the list
* Blur – Parklife
* New Order – Power, Corruption and Lies
* Led Zeppelin – IV
* Primal Scream – Screamadelica
* Rolling Stones – Let it Bleed
* David Bowie – The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars
* The Clash – London Calling
* Mike Oldfield – Tubular Bells
* Pink Floyd – The Division Bell
* Coldplay – A Rush Of Blood To The Head
Makes you wonder, what classic Canadian covers are there?
What are your favorite album covers of all time?
I don’t know how to get these stamps.
(Thanks Dawn for the tip)

A Coldplay cover and nothing for Radiohead?
Lame.
Fact: Coldplay is more popular than Radiohead.
Also, http://www.royalmail.com/ for the stamps.
£1.95 for a strip of 5, just search for the band you want.
