Toronto – Before they were known as “Johnny Marr’s latest band”, the Cribsjust had put out a few decent albums full of big gang choruses over a friendly college rock-esque vibe. I really enjoyed their self titled debut album, which was full of strong songs such as “Baby Don’t Sweat”, “Learning How To Fight” and this song. The band has since put out albums out at a very workman like pace, including 2005’s The New Fellas, 2007’s Men’s Needs, Women’s Needs, Whatever and this year’s Ignore the Ignorant, which has been garnering very positive reviews. I haven’t really listened to that cd in much detail, but I have liked what I’ve heard so far.
