Toronto – The Brooklyn duel are riding a large wave of momentum after winning the VMA Breakthrough award for “Lessons Learned” (even if Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time!). The VMA win, the largely positive critical response to their latest album “Grand” and a crazy touring schedule have all combined to make Matt & Kim one of the hottest acts around.

This remix by Troublemaker features the song Daylight with De La Soul. I picked this remix not because it makes it more dance floor friendly (it doesn’t) but for the sheer oddness in the pairing..check it out.
