Toronto – Further proving I know nothing about music, Speech Debelle won for her album Speech Therapy tonight. As you may recall, I figure Bat for Lashes would win it. Well, congratulations to Speech Debelle.

I actually heard a lot of hype about Speech Debelle the last few months. That might just be because I’m signed up for updates from her record label, ’cause they do a lot of stuff that I like, but from what I’ve heard it’s not too surprising she won.
