Toronto – Empire of the Sun continues their series of “distinctly weird, yet strangely mesmerizing” videos, as their latest single “Without You” gets the visual treatment. The dude looks like a 80s Bond villain or something. I have no clue. Why not release “Half Mast”? thats their best tune.
