Just 'cause YOU'VE never heard of Lisa Hannigan or Speech Debelle doesn't mean they won't win. You could make a pretty good argument that more people know who both of those acts are than know who Florence & The Machines or The Horrors are. And Talvin Singh did deserve to win in '99. And never underestimate how much British people love (or used to love, anyway) Roni Size. Lisa Hannigan’s album is actually quite good.
