I should have known this would happen when a fixie bike shop, Hoopdriver, opened up next to The Common. Which now, incidentally, has applied for a liquor license. A coffee shop that serves booze?! Seriously, the area needs less sandal wearing, art school drop outs rubbing their fixies blocking the sidewalk with their impromptu happenings. But since the kids no longer consider Feist a jive motherfucker, though I could be wrong about that since I really can't be bothered to keep up with what's 'cool' any more, she might help keep at least a few of them out of the neighbourhood.
