Toronto – Seeing how we reviewed the bejesus out of SXSW, it is only fair that we pay equal attention to it’s slightly smaller northern cousins – North By Northeast. A simple check on the web browser reveals that they have unleashed their 2009 site and it is in full force. WIth the current economic recession in full swing, it is nice to see the kind folks at NXNE has given the people many (5) options for attending – ranging from 25$ to 250$. Some bands have also been announced including SXSW attendees Black Lips and Matt and Kim. I am already excited for Matt and Kim. That show is going to be insane, read the review from SXSW here for a glimpse of what their shows are like.
