As someone who claims to love all things Factory I’ve never really took advantage of dipping head deep into it’s pool of artists. Out of the 65 bands on their list I’ve only listened to maybe 6, perhaps because the more successful acts like Joy Division and Happy Mondays have eclipsed the entire roster and it’s not very easy to find material from some of the lesser known bands like Section 25 and Stockholm Monster. Well thanks to a few DJ’s from LA collectively known as Part Time Punks, we’re introduced to some of these acts along with previously recorded interviews and a bunch of unreleased material in the first of a series of podcasts called The History Of Factory Records:
