Toronto – In the world of web development, there is a lot of copy and pasting to be done. This post is about cover songs, I think you can make some kind of analogy between the two. Copy, Right? has long been my go to source for quality cover songs, but now, thanks to Chromewwaves, I now have a cover fiesta on my hands.

Let me introduce you to Buffet Libre, an 80s cover site. I don’t even know what it is about, why it started or who runs it. All I know is that it’s bright green, has a lot of 80s cover, has a large zip file for you to download and a whole lotta awesome. I dare you to go to the site and not want to download a song.

With this site, along with Spain’s Euro 2008 soccer playing awesomeness, I now declare this past month to be the best month ever in the history of Spain. Ole!

Here is a cover of Canada’s national anthem – Summer of 69, and another cover I found somewhere of an Arcade Fire tune by Panic Manual favorites This Is Ivy League.
