It was OK, but overall I was disappointed. There were some interesting and emotional moments, but they were so spaced out, and when they happened, you were not invested in the characters when they happened. This movie took a lot of risks, that I liked. The risk of not showing any hockey was fine. The real story is in the off ice antics of the players and coaches. The problem I had with this strategy, is that they had several clips of fans watching hockey where you could hear the game and goals being scored in the background. These shots got on my nerves because all I could think about was "what happening on the ice?. Why are you showing people watching the game?". I feel as if they missed the real story and passion of the season...whatever it may have been.
